Office Status: Hybrid Stamford, CT

Base Salary: $150k - $250k + Discretionary Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This Vice President opportunity sits within the Corporate Securitization group of a well-established global financial institution, focused on the structuring, execution, and analytics of securitization transactions primarily Middle Market CLOs, along with ABS and ABL structures tied to private credit portfolios. The team partners with private credit managers to help finance direct lending portfolios by structuring securitizations and syndicating tranches to institutional investors. This is not a pure origination role the core of the work is deal execution, financial modeling, and transaction structuring, with relationship support as a secondary component. It offers strong deal flow, transatlantic exposure, and a front-row seat to one of the fastest-growing corners of structured credit markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and support the end-to-end structuring and execution of securitization transactions including Middle Market CLOs, ABS, and ABL structures backed by direct lending and asset-based lending portfolios
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling of loan portfolios, CLO waterfalls, and tranche structures;perform credit analysis and risk assessment for new transactions
  • Support syndication efforts, working with institutional investors across tranche distribution
  • Partner with private credit managers on transaction structuring and portfolio financing solutions relationship support role, not primary origination
  • Perform portfolio analytics and scenario analysis to support transaction underwriting and investor presentations
  • Contribute to the growth of the private credit securitization platform across US and European markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, risk, and technology teams throughout the deal lifecycle
