    Title: Cross Border Banking Relationship Manager

    We re working with a nationally recognized retail and commercial banking institution expanding its Premier / High Net Worth segment. They are seeking a licensed Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for affluent clients, delivering comprehensive financial guidance across deposits, lending, insurance, and investment solutions. This is a revenue-generating role ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships within the community.




    Key Responsibilities:
    • Mandarin is a plus - not required
    • Proactively acquire, deepen, and retain High Net Worth / Premier client relationships
    • Develop and execute localized business development and client engagement strategies
    • Drive wallet share growth through holistic financial needs assessments and cross-sell execution
    • Partner with internal product specialists (investments, insurance, lending, business banking) to deliver tailored financial solutions
    • Generate new business through networking, referrals, outside calling, and community involvement
    • Serve as a trusted financial advisor supporting clients across life-stage planning needs
    • Maintain strong knowledge of banking, wealth, and insurance products to identify referral opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and operational risk controls
    • Provide client feedback to leadership to support ongoing branch and service enhancements
