    VP Operations/ Structured Finance Sales Support National Equipment Finance Company (Greater Philadelphia, PA)

    Full-Time | On-Site | Senior Leadership Opportunity

    We are partnering with a national equipment finance company seeking an experienced VP of Operations/Structured Finance Sales support person to lead a high-performing sales support function responsible for complex and highly structured transactions, typically exceeding $2MM. This role partners closely with Sales, Credit, and Legal to ensure transactions are efficiently originated, accurately documented, fully secured, and compliant across U.S. And Canadian jurisdictions.

    The VP provides hands-on leadership, drives operational excellence, and ensures timely closings through strong process management, technology optimization, and proactive risk control. This position plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth, maintaining program quality, and delivering a seamless experience for internal partners, dealers, and customers.

    Must have strong management skills and technical expertise with documentation for larger more complex transactions, in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead all day-to-day operational functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.
    • Oversee process optimization and implement automation initiatives to strengthen core platforms.
    • Partner with Sales, Credit, and Legal teams to streamline deal flow and execution of complex transactions.
    • Develop and maintain clear KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to measure team performance and continuous improvement.
    • Drive operational strategy aligned with long-term growth and scalability objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 10+ years of leadership experience in equipment finance or financial services operations.
    • Proven track record in process and operational transformation.
    • Strong understanding of lease and loan booking, documentation, and post-funding operations.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
