The VP Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Campuses leads pavilion support services to deliver seamless, efficient operations and tight strategic alignment across departments. Partners with Pavilion and System leadership to set and monitor performance metrics, drive financial stewardship, and hold directors and managers accountable for outcomes and best practices. Champions process improvement, innovation, and change management to elevate quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Models Harris Healths values to foster a culture of excellence, equity, and collaboration with patients, staff, and community partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Specialized Training, Licensure
- Masters in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Licenses & Certifications

- 10-15 Years of Work Experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting
