They will oversee all talent acquisition functions, including workforce planning, recruitment operations, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. The VP of Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure staffing needs are met with high-quality candidates who align with Pediatrics Plus’s values and objectives and ensuring staffing strategies support organizational growth and operational needs.
