Position Summary

The primary role of the VP of Partnerships and Lead Generation is to assist in developing new business from partners and brokers, develop and manage the lead generation activities and coordinate and attend events to assist the sales team in driving new business and meeting future growth plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish partnerships with leading industry consultants, brokers and other internal divisions to expand our market reach beyond the internal Onesource sales team.
  • Maintain regular communication and promotion of Onesource services with consultants, brokers and other internal divisions to stay top of mind and support the identification and development of new business for Onesource.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Onesource vendors and work with them to identify and refer qualified BPO opportunities.
  • Provide lead generation support and if needed, develop, train and manage a team of business development resources (BDR s) to perform lead generation outreach to potential prospects and identify qualified leads for the Onesource sales team.
  • Attend and lead the coordination of industry conferences and events along with marketing to make sure the sales team is set up for success and work with the team during the event to drive face to face meetings and identify potential leads.
  • Support the creation of marketing material that accurately reflects the company capabilities and value proposition that is engaging to prospects. Expand upon the goodwill and name recognition of the Company brand in the marketplace.
  • Develop and implement partnership and broker sales plans and activities.
  • Develop lead generation templates, cadences and strategy to convince targeted prospects to engage with a Onesource sales executive.
  • Travel to OneSource and client sites as required.
  • Adheres to all ethical and professional standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Marginal Functions
  • Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesforce Outreach, ZoomInfo, Canva and other sales tools used by OneSource.
  • Ability to work interpersonally internally to manage partner training, presentations and prospect interactions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional representation of the company.
Required Education & Experience
  • 10+ years of sales experience related to Contact Center, Technical Support and Help Desk Services, with recent exposure within a recognized call center and/or Business Process Outsourcing Services Company.
  • Proven track record of driving new sales opportunities through lead generation.
  • Experience in developing relationships and working with CX industry consultants and brokers to create opportunities and increase revenue.
