Position Summary
AFC Transport is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to own the end-to-end performance of our reefer and flatbed fleet. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role sets operational strategy, drives KPI execution, and ensures accountability across fleet managers and driver support teams to achieve service, safety, and cost targets.
This leader will work closely with Sales, HR, Safety, and Maintenance to scale the business, strengthen operational discipline, and retain top-performing drivers in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
