Oversee day-to-day agency operations
Manage office staff, coordinators, and scheduling processes
Ensure compliance with NJ home care regulations and policies
Monitor caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and file compliance
Improve operational workflows and efficiency
Assist with client service issues and staff support
Work closely with leadership on agency growth and performance
Required: Prior operations experience in a NJ home care agency
Strong understanding of NJ home care compliance and regulations
Leadership and team management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
