As the VP of Finance, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and business performance of a multi-site manufacturing organization. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll serve as a strategic business partner to the President and senior leadership team while leading and elevating the Finance function. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen FP&A, improve business insights, drive financial transformation, and influence decisions that support continued growth and performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a strategic member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing financial insight and counsel to the President and senior business leaders.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Finance function, strengthening structure, processes, technology, and capabilities to support business growth.
• Build and enhance FP&A capabilities, forecasting, financial reporting, and decision-support processes to provide deeper insight into business performance and opportunities.
• Partner closely with Commercial and Operations leaders on pricing, costing, inventory management, master data, and other key drivers of profitability.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement across Finance, including automation, process optimization, technology utilization, and improved policies and practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance team while creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience, ideally within dairy, food, or another complex manufacturing environment, with strong multi-site experience.
• Proven experience providing strategic Finance partnership to senior business leaders, with the ability to connect financial performance to broader commercial and operational objectives.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, commercial finance, inventory, costing, pricing, and business performance analysis.
• Experience working within a global organization and partnering across Business Unit and Group-level financial structures, processes, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve Finance processes, leverage technology and data, and turn complex information into clear business insights.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams.
• A collaborative, approachable, and solutions-oriented leadership style with the ability to influence across functions and move comfortably between strategic priorities and hands-on problem-solving.
