What Youll Do

• Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning direct marketing, advertising, digital/social, PR, promotions, and entertainment
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, reinvestment strategies, and loyalty programs
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategy
• Analyze performance and ROI, optimizing campaigns for measurable results
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively adjust strategies
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high service standards
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams
• Manage budgets and P&L performance to meet or exceed financial targets

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership with direct revenue responsibility in the casino industry
• Proven experience in multiple and/or large casino or gaming environments (required)
• Expertise across full-cycle marketing: analytics, campaigns, database marketing, promotions, digital, and player development
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Bachelors degree required
