    Description

    Remote position with 50% travel; supporting new business needs across both the East and West regions, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern or Pacific Time Zones.

    In addition to the base range, a remunerative commission structure is offered

    Job Overview: This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions and retail organizations to secure new revenue for Loomis. The VP of NFBD will lead growth initiatives by implementing sales strategies, executing business development plans, and driving new revenue by positioning our cash logistics and financial services solutions. This role will report to the SVP- National Financial Business Development for overall performance and results.Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at assigned banking and retail industry accounts across the U.S.Execute established sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas and growth objectives.Plan for and profitably sell strategic solutions that include ATM, Armored, Cash Vault Processing and/or other services to these assigned accounts.Act as a consultant to develop solutions that support differentiated value within the financial supply chain to the customer.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including corporate, Branch, and District staff to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide feedback that informs product development, pricing, and competitive positioning.Make calls and presentations to and network with senior Loomis personnel and teammates.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, reinforcing our brand as a trusted partner in financial services.Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and CRM documentation to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.

    Primary Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is desired.

    Minimum 7 years B2B sales experience, preferably with large regional or national accounts.Consultative sales experience in the financial, banking, supply chain, or service sector.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Focus on improving portfolio design, total cost, and service enhancement using technology and process improvement techniques.Financial or accounting experience focusing on value proposition design; unit cost, total cost, EVA, and service improvements. Analytical approach in presenting business solutions.Ability to maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships within District Vice Presidents, Branch and Corporate personnel.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and business partners.

    About Company

    Armored Service Technicians work as a team on a designated route. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cash and coin to Loomis customers, as well as the loading and balancing of ATM machines along your route. You will be thoroughly Trained in a classroom setting and receive on-the-job training with an experienced Armored Service Technician. We believe that our people make Loomis a great company.     We are looking for applicants who are at least 21 years of age, have a current driver’s license and a good driving record, show steady employment history and can pass a comprehensive background check that includes criminal history check. This position requires that you pass a Department of Transportation screening and be issued a DOT Medical Certification.                                            

    The Armored Service Technician job duties require the following physical abilities:

    • Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart
    • Loading/unloading cargo consisting of multiple bags and boxes of coin
    • Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
    • Verbally communicate with customers
    • Record information on forms and reports
