Kforce has a client that is seeking a VP Marketing Analytics in Boston, NY. Overview: The VP, Marketing Analytics will establish a comprehensive measurement framework and guide cross-functional teams across digital, product, and data engineering. The goal is to build automated, highly scalable analytics systems that turn raw behavioral and financial data into clear business intelligence. This position is on-site in Boston. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary analytical partner for marketing leadership to define key performance metrics and growth frameworks
  • Full-Funnel Attribution: Oversee end-to-end measurement models that connect omni-channel campaigns directly to sales pipelines and revenue
  • Campaign Optimization: Audit and improve performance across diverse touchpoints including web, email, paid media, enterprise events, and CRM workflows
  • Predictive Modeling: Design B2B lead-scoring systems and advanced audience segmentation to boost conversion rates
  • Data Infrastructure: Translate commercial requirements into technical specifications for data engineering teams to execute
  • Executive Reporting: Produce high-impact dashboards and deliver strategic insights directly to C-suite stakeholders
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor data professionals to scale a high-performing analytics culture

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or Data Science
  • Experience: 7-10 years managing complex, multi-channel B2B marketing data, ideally within asset management, banking, or corporate financial services
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong mastery of media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and marketing ROI frameworks
  • Enterprise Tech Stack: High proficiency with institutional CRM tools and major marketing automation platforms
  • Digital Tracking: Advanced knowledge of web analytics infrastructure and digital event tag deployment
  • Data Engineering: Exceptional SQL skills alongside practical application of scripting languages within modern cloud data warehouses
  • Data Visualization: Proven track record of building executive-ready reports in mainstream business intelligence tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
