VP, Management Company - Investment Management - Boston - Hybrid
A leading investment firm is seeking a Vice President, Management Company to join its U.S. Corporate Finance leadership team. Reporting to the U.S. Controller, this high-visibility role will oversee key corporate accounting, reporting, finance operations, and transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing Corporate Finance team

• Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and external audits

• Provide leadership across AP/AR, expense allocations, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, treasury, and payment operations

• Partner closely with senior leadership, business unit finance teams, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Risk

• Drive process improvement and transformation across Corporate Finance, including AI and automation initiatives

• Strengthen the control environment by identifying risks, improving processes, and leading remediation efforts

• Partner with regional finance teams to promote consistent global policies and procedures

• Serve as a strategic, enterprise-minded finance leader while remaining hands-on when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience 

• Background in asset management, private equity, financial services, or a related management company environment

• Public accounting experience preferred

• Significant leadership experience required 

• Strong U.S. GAAP, tax-basis accounting, and consolidated reporting expertise

• Experience managing teams and offshore or outsourced partners

• Proven track record leading finance transformation and process improvement

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
