Vice President, IT - Enterprise SvcsLa Grange
Oversee global ERP platforms, including SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, and related enterprise applications, that support industrial factories, manufacturing planning, production scheduling, MRP, procurement, warehouse management, distribution centers, product costing, financial operations, and global supply chain execution. Ensure ERP systems are optimized for performance, reliability, scalability, cybersecurity, compliance, and regional business requirements.
Develop and execute the enterprise ERP strategy and roadmap, including platform rationalization, modernization, cloud migration, technical debt reduction, acquisition integration, and integration across global operations. Establish ERP governance, architecture standards, decision rights, and lifecycle management practices to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable platforms.
Lead HRIS strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with global HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, data requirements, compliance obligations, and employee experience priorities. Lead the IT portfolio management organization to ensure consistent delivery methodologies, investment governance, resource planning, benefits tracking, and alignment with corporate objectives.
Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, engineering, HR, and commercial leaders to translate business needs into practical, high-value technology solutions. Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team that fosters innovation, accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
