Role Overview Large privately-held Real Estate industry corporation seeks to hire a senior real estate attorney to be their VP Senior Real Estate counsel.Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases – including retail, office and industrial.Handling purchase and sale agreements and related loan documentation.Location Los Angeles area.
