Position Overview

Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, aligning finance strategy and execution with field performance across PDN, AMS, and Support Services.

Requirements

Essential Functions

• Act as a field-facing finance partner to PDN and AMS operations, working directly with Regional Presidents and Executive Directors to translate financial insights into actionable plans.

• Embed finance support within field operations, ensuring real-time visibility into performance and enabling faster, data-driven decision making at the market level.

• Partner closely with Support Services Finance to ensure alignment on reporting, assumptions, forecasting methodologies, and enterprise financial standards.

• Drive the development of timely, high-quality budgets and forecasts by partnering closely with field operators, ensuring assumptions are grounded in market realities, operational plans, and performance trends.

• Drive accountability for field-level KPIs including volume, fulfillment, labor efficiency, and payor mix, partnering with operators to address gaps and improve performance.

• Serve as a bridge between corporate finance and field execution, ensuring strategies are operationally practical and grounded in market realities.

• Establish tight feedback loops from the field to continuously inform forecasts, budgets, and enterprise financial decision-making.

• Support in-market growth execution (de novos, capacity expansion, referral conversion) through financial planning, modeling, and ongoing performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience with at least five years in finance and accounting management (i.e., controller, assistant controller, finance/accounting manager).

Preferences

• Master's Degree

• Relevant health care industry experience preferred

• Workday experience a plus.
