    Overview

    A leading investment management platform is seeking a Private Credit Program Manager to join its growing credit team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the firm's junior talent strategy while driving key operational and strategic initiatives across the investment platform.

    This is a highly visible position, sitting within the investment team and partnering closely with senior leadership. The role offers a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, program development, and strategic execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Management & Development

    • Serve as the primary manager for junior investment professionals (Analysts & Associates), overseeing day-to-day development, coaching, and performance management
    • Deliver structured, actionable feedback in partnership with senior investment professionals
    • Lead training, mentoring, and development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and maintain a high-performance culture

    Talent Pipeline & Recruiting

    • Support the development and execution of campus recruiting and early-career hiring strategies
    • Help build and maintain a strong pipeline of junior investment talent
    • Coordinate recruiting processes across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency

    Program Design & Ownership

    • Design, implement, and continuously refine the firm's intern, analyst, and associate programs
    • Establish clear performance frameworks, evaluation processes, and career progression pathways
    • Own structured performance cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations
    • Develop success metrics and feedback loops to improve retention, development, and overall program effectiveness

    Strategic & Operational Initiatives

    • Partner with senior leadership on key projects related to team effectiveness, process optimization, and platform development
    • Drive initiatives focused on enhancing consistency, communication, and execution across the credit team
    • Support the implementation of tools, technology, and best practices to improve team performance and scalability

    Candidate Profile

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional with a strong interest in people leadership, program building, and investment team operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • ~7-10+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Background in private credit, investment banking, asset management, consulting, or a related field is preferred
    • Demonstrated experience managing teams and/or developing junior talent
    • Proven ability to build or improve scalable processes, programs, or operating frameworks
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior levels
    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
