How will this role impact First Command?
The VP, Director of Treasury is responsible for leading the Bank's Treasury function, including balance sheet strategy, liquidity and funding management, interest rate risk (ALM), investment portfolio strategy, and Treasury governance.
This role serves as a key strategic partner to executive management, ensuring that the Bank's balance sheet is optimally positioned to support growth, profitability, and risk management objectives.
The VP, Director of Treasury will lead the ALCO process, oversee the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework, and ensure strong coordination with Accounting, Finance, Risk, and external advisors.
