Vice President Of DevelopmentAn opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate investment and development platform with a strong track record delivering high-quality, design-led multifamily residential projects. This Vice President of Development will lead full-cycle deal execution across Dallas / Fort Worth with a mandate to source, structure, and deliver new opportunities while operating autonomously in a remote capacity. The Vice President of Development will report to the Head of Multifamily Development and be responsible for leading full-cycle development activity across a key growth market.Originate and execute multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities across Dallas / North Texas, from initial sourcing through stabilizationBuild and maintain a robust off-market pipeline through deep local relationships with brokers, landowners, and capital partnersLead underwriting, financial modeling, and preparation of investment committee materials and approvalsDrive entitlement strategy, zoning, and municipal approvals while managing consultants and community engagementStructure and support capitalization efforts, including lender and equity partner engagementOversee project execution including design coordination, budgeting, construction handoff, and deliveryOperate independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national platform and internal stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
