Angott Search Group is partnering with a well-established community bank in Central Minnesota to identify an experienced VP, Commercial Loan Officer with a strong Agricultural Lending background to join their growing team.
This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with agricultural and commercial clients, structuring and originating loans, and supporting the continued growth of the bank's lending portfolio.
Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural lending, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with commercial and agricultural clients. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and originate loans that meet the needs of clients. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building. • Bachelors degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or agriculture.
