Description

In this role, you will lead and grow key client relationships within our healthcare portfolio, partnering with cross-functional SoftServe teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Youll shape account strategies, expand services, and identify new opportunities-driving revenue, profitability, and long-term success. Your work directly influences client outcomes while strengthening trusted partnerships and delivering meaningful business value.

This is a US-based role located on the East Coast (NY, NJ, CT) or the Midwest. The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000–$230,000.

Responsibilities

  • Experience driving client growth and account expansion across complex portfolios, including developing and executing account strategies and development plans aligned to long-term business goals
  • Proficiency in building and managing senior client relationships, including CxO engagement, translating priorities into tailored solutions, and maintaining high satisfaction and retention
  • Collaboration skills across sales, delivery, marketing, and partner ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA) to co-create joint growth strategies and GTM initiatives
  • Financial acumen in managing client-level P&L, including revenue growth, profitability optimization, and performance tracking with corrective actions
  • Experience identifying and scaling new engagement models and business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service adoption and market presence
  • Understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform client strategy and innovation discussions
  • Leadership experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing, inclusive teams, with defined KPIs, performance tracking, and a continuous development focus

Requirements

  • Leadership experience (15+ years) in IT services with full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth and profitability across client portfolios, specifically in Healthcare Payer & Provider
  • Client-facing leadership (20+ years) in software or related industries, leading teams and managing complex, global client engagements
  • Strategic planning capability, including developing account growth strategies and executing account development plans aligned to long-term business objectives
  • Communication skills, with experience delivering engaging presentations and clear written materials for senior stakeholders and CxO audiences
  • Relationship-building ability, establishing trust quickly, and developing long-term internal and external networks
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, tailoring messaging to audiences to align stakeholders and gain buy-in on initiatives
  • Business and financial acumen, applying market, industry, and economic insights to guide decisions and manage risk
  • Goal-setting and execution capability, defining clear, measurable objectives, and consistently achieving results
  • Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing, inclusive teams in fast-paced, global environments
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field; relevant sales or marketing certifications a plus; flexibility to travel (30%+) and work on-site with clients

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on some factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000-$230,000 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
