Job Description
The VP, Claims Transformation Initiative Lead will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives within Chubb''s Global Claims Transformation team. Reporting to the Global Claims Transformation Officer, this role is purpose-built for someone who can take a capability from concept to execution across a complex, multicultural environment spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
This leader will own a transformational program end-to-end, driving it from strategy and design through implementation and adoption. They will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technology partners, and international claims operations, ensuring solutions are grounded in Chubb's operating realities and deliver tangible outcomes for employees and customers alike.

The pay range for the role is $220,000 to $260,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
