    Job Summary

      The VP, Business Development- RPO is a senior business development and strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing executive-level client partnerships across healthcare systems nationwide. You will be responsible for acquiring and preserving new search agreements by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires a deep understanding of the RecruitmentProcessOutsourcing(RPO) industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

      **Dallas, TX, San Diego, CA Atlanta. GA or Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)

      **Travel: 35% or more

      • Identify,qualify,andclosecomplexworkforcesolutionsopportunitieswithhealthcaresystemsandlargeproviderorganizations.
      • Developstrategicaccountplanstoexpandmarketandcreatelong-termclientpartnerships.
      • Leadcomplexsalescyclesinvolvingmultiplestakeholders,executivesponsors,andcross-functionalbuyingcommittees.

      ExecutiveClientEngagement

      • BuildtrustedadvisorrelationshipswithC-suiteexecutives,HRleaders,workforcestrategyteams,andoperationalstakeholders.
      • Facilitateexecutive-leveldiscussionsfocusedonworkforceoptimization,recruitmentstrategies,retentioninitiatives,andlabormanagement.
      • Align talent acquisition solutions with core healthcare operational metrics, demonstrating how optimized hiring improves the Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Patient Experience (HCAHPS) scores

      Qualifications

        Education & Years of Experience

        • Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of experience selling complex, clinical RPO models to healthcare systems.
        • ProvensuccesssellinganddevelopingenterpriseRPOpartnershipswithlargehealthcaresystemsandintegrateddeliverynetworks.
        • Demonstratedexperienceleadingcomplexsalescycles,includingRFPresponses,solutiondesign,pricingstrategy,contractnegotiation,andexecutivepresentations.
        • Proventrackrecordofachievingandexceedingrevenuetargetsthroughnewclientacquisitionandaccountexpansion.
        • ExperiencebuildingtrustedrelationshipswithCHROs,ChiefNursingOfficers,TalentAcquisitionLeaders,HRExecutives,andC-suitestakeholders.
        • StrongfinancialacumenwiththeabilitytodevelopROImodels,businesscases,workforceassessments,andstrategicrecommendations.
        • Strongunderstandingofhealthcareworkforcechallengesacrossnursing,alliedhealth,physician,revenuecycle,andnon-clinicalrecruitment.

          Pay Rate

          $101,000 - $126,000 Salary

          Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

          This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
