The Vice President, Business Development is responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives and driving new business opportunities within the homeowners' association (HOA) management sector. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, cultivates relationships with key stakeholders, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. The position requires a high level of collaboration with internal departments and external partners to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. This role also requires a strong alignment with CCMC’s Core Values—Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community—and a genuine passion for enhancing the resident experience.
