    Position Summary

    Ensures positive relationships with physicians to maintain physician engagement and loyalty across the organization.  Develops and implements recruitment strategies as well as strategies to increase business to the organization.  Plans and directs the hospital-wide marketing and community outreach initiatives.  Responsible for the oversight and compliance of the Medical Affairs Department.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1.  Directs and coordinates effective processes which promote positive working relationships with the medical staff

    2. Collaborates with the Medical Leadership to identify opportunities for physician recruitment and new patient care program development.

    3. Determines and proposes compensation models for newly recruited providers working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer to obtain approval.

    4. Evaluates develops and monitors service lines for volume trends and profitability; as well as gaps in service lines. Takes necessary actions to fill the gaps and grow the business.

    5. Establishes a community presence and outreach initiatives in collaboration with the executive team; establishing access to care for those in need through our clinics.

    Seeking a qualified individual with:

    Relevant 5 - 7 years experience in the field of business development/physician strategy

    Health Care Background a plus

    Master Degree or higher required
