We're partnering with a leading global bank seeking a VP-level AI Engineer to help build and scale next-generation AI systems supporting enterprise risk and decision-making platforms.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI applications at scale. You'll work closely with engineering, quantitative, and business stakeholders to develop AI-driven systems that support forecasting, analytics, monitoring, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production AI and machine learning systems
• Build LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and decision-support tools
• Develop scalable AI pipelines across training, deployment, monitoring, and observability
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive architecture and engineering best practices across AI platforms
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical design discussions

Requirements

• 5+ full-time years of software or AI engineering experience
• Degree in CS, AI, ML, or related field
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience building and deploying production AI/LLM applications
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration platforms
• AWS experience, including modern GenAI tooling
• Background building distributed systems and cloud-native applications
• Strong systems design and software engineering fundamentals
