Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year + annual bonus 

 

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

The Vice President (VP), Sales Enablement is a senior leadership role responsible for driving advisor productivity, growth, and engagement across the enterprise. This leader will develop and execute strategies, programs, tools, and training that enable Relationship Leaders and Advisor Engagement teams to deliver greater value to advisors, strengthen business relationships, and accelerate advisor growth outcomes.

This role partners closely with Advisor Engagement, Consulting, Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Operations leadership to create a scalable enablement framework that enhances advisor experience, supports business growth initiatives, and drives measurable business results.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience considered in lieu of degree. High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities:

Advisor Growth & Enablement Strategy

  • Define and execute a comprehensive advisor enablement strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and resources that help Relationship Leaders and Advisor Engagement teams improve advisor outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance advisor productivity, business growth, retention, and adoption of enterprise solutions.
  • Drive consistency in advisor-facing engagement models and consultative business practices.

Relationship Leader & Advisor Engagement Support

  • Enable Relationship Leaders with business consulting frameworks, growth strategies, and advisor practice management resources.
  • Partner with Advisor Engagement leadership to strengthen advisor development, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support enterprise programs focused on advisor growth, succession planning, affiliation strategies, and business optimization.
  • Equip teams with insights and tools that improve advisor conversations and business outcomes.

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to advisor growth, engagement, retention, productivity, and solution adoption.
  • Leverage analytics, advisor feedback, and business insights to continuously refine enablement strategies and programs.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Measure effectiveness of enablement initiatives and recommend enhancements based on performance results.

Content, Training & Learning Leadership

  • Oversee creation and governance of advisor-facing and Relationship Leader-facing content, tools, and presentations.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that strengthen consulting skills, business acumen, growth planning, and advisor development capabilities.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing professional development for Advisor Engagement teams.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of messaging across all advisor engagement channels.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Marketing, Consulting, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to align enablement programs with enterprise priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on advisor engagement effectiveness, productivity, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team focused on continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Champion a culture of advisor-centricity, accountability, and execution excellence

Basic Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, advisor engagement, practice management, consulting, business development, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor consulting, or advisor relationship management.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving advisor growth, retention, productivity, and business performance outcomes.
  • Strong leadership experience with proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing training, coaching, and enablement programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA License(s): Series 6/7, 65/66.
  • Experience in wealth management, advisor consulting, or practice management.
  • Experience building and leading enterprise enablement functions.
  • Experience supporting advisor growth initiatives, succession planning, business optimization, and strategic consulting programs.
