MSP Experience Required

4+ years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is strongly preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to design, deploy, and support Microsoft-focused solutions across multiple client environments. This role will work on cloud migrations, infrastructure deployments, Microsoft 365 and Azure projects, networking initiatives, and new client onboarding while providing advanced technical support when needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Deploy and configure Azure services, including Azure Compute, Azure Networking, AVD, Windows 365, and Entra ID.
• Configure and monitor Microsoft Defender XDR.
• Execute Microsoft 365 email, SharePoint, and Entra ID migrations.
• Configure Intune, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Teams Phone solutions.
• Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Assist with new client onboarding and technology implementations.
• Support the Service Desk with complex technical issues when needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout technical projects and deployments.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering or technical experience working with Microsoft platforms and technologies.
• 5+ years of customer service or service industry experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and administering Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience delivering Microsoft cloud migrations and technical projects.
• Experience with networking infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of MSP experience.
• Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Intune, AVD, Windows 365, and Teams Phone.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Entra ID migrations.
• Experience onboarding new client environments.
