Volunteer Services Manager
Primary Work Location: Sun City West, Arizona (Relocation not provided)
Work Hours: 40 hours week; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Details:
  • Demonstrated experience in volunteer recruitment, engagement, coordination, and management within a nonprofit or similar organization.
  • 5 years of experience in social services, nonprofit management, human resources, or resource management, with experience working with volunteers in health care or a related field.
  • Experience with data management, tracking, reporting, and analytics, including the ability to use data to evaluate program performance, monitor progress toward goals, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including relationship building, public speaking, and presentations, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to monitor, report, and analyze program performance and goal progress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
