Summary:

Under the direction of the Performing Arts Administration, ushers assist with collection of tickets, seating and the safety of patrons, and assisting staff at all performance venues in The Performing Arts Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Politely directing and escorting patrons to their seats.

Providing patrons with programs and other relevant materials.

Aids in scanning in tickets at the entrance.

Promotes positive customer service environment internally and externally.

Perform other job-related functions as assigned by City staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.
