Description:
- Plans, organized, and coordinates the volunteer program
- Recruits and interviews potential volunteer candidates
- Works with the community organizations to promote St. Joseph Hospice
- Clerical duties as maintaining organized volunteer records
- Provides a comprehensive orientation and training program
Requirements:
- Two years’ experience working with volunteers
- Ability to work well with people, communicate efficiently
- Time management skills
- Must have a current Louisiana driver’s license, auto insurance and current CPR
- Hospice or healthcare setting experience preferred
