Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive wrestling program that emphasizes skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
- Plan and conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on physical conditioning, skill drills, and match preparation.
- Evaluate and select players for the team, ensuring a fair and inclusive tryout process.
- Collaborate with assistant coaches to design strategies and analyze opponents.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes academic success, personal growth, and character development.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and the broader community.
