Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order filler to join our team in Depew, NY.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using RF scanners. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.

• Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.

• Verify order quantities and product accuracy before shipment.

• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

• Complete required documentation and daily activity reports.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred.

• Familiarity with RF scanners or handheld inventory devices preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, grasp, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• High school diploma or GED required.
