Job Description:
We are seeking three Voice Engineers to support a full migration from Cisco Webex to Microsoft Teams for enterprise voice services. The current environment includes extensive embedded Webex functionality that will need to be assessed and addressed throughout the migration.
Candidates should have experience with Cisco/Webex and Microsoft Teams voice solutions. Candidates with deep expertise in either platform will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of the migration from Webex to Microsoft Teams for voice services.
- Assess existing Webex voice features, configurations, and dependencies.
- Help identify how existing voice functionality will be supported in the Microsoft Teams environment.
- Assist with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve issues and support a smooth transition.
- Document configurations, migration activities, and technical findings.
Required Qualifications- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise voice environments.
- Experience with Cisco/Webex voice solutions, Microsoft Teams voice solutions, or both.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across voice platforms and related services.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on a complex migration.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience migrating enterprise voice services between platforms.
- Familiarity with both Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams voice environments.
- Experience assessing and transitioning embedded voice features and integrations.
