    Senior Voice Engineer – Join a Critical Mission in Reliable Communications

    Are you a seasoned Voice Engineer with a passion for supporting vital government communications? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Engineer to support DISA’s enterprise voice infrastructure.     What You'll Bring to the Table:
    • Proven experience in engineering and maintaining large-scale IP voice and video communication systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills in Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms, including CUCM, Cisco Unity, CUBE, SBCs, and Avaya Aura.
    • Expertise in SIP signaling, call flows, and fault analysis to swiftly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Hands-on knowledge of routing and switching devices, VPNs, QoS, and firewall support for enterprise-grade networks.
    • Ability to develop technical policies, work instructions, and detailed documentation supporting IP telephony networks.
    • U.S. citizenship, active Secret clearance, with DoD 8750 IAT Level II certification, Security+ CE or equivalent.

    Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
    • Experience with SRTP, G.711, G.729 codecs, DTMF, and digital tone signaling.
    • Supporting distributed firewall architectures and configuring MPLS VPNs.
    • Familiarity with BGP routing, IPSec troubleshooting, and network traffic prioritization for voice and critical applications.
    • Previous work supporting Oracle SBCs, media gateways, and soft switch platforms.

    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2-6 years.
    • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale voice network support, fault analysis, and system configuration.

    Other Requirements:
    • Active Secret security clearance.
    • US citizenship.
    • Willingness to support mission-critical operations in a fast-paced environment.
