Description

IDR is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves supporting and maintaining enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, focusing on voice systems, collaboration tools, and video conferencing solutions. The company operates within the technology and communications sector, providing critical support for large-scale enterprise environments.

**This is a 3-month contract position that is 100% ONSITE in Augusta, GA.**

Position Overview for the Senior Voice Engineer:

  • Support, maintain, and assist with the implementation of the enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications environments, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Provide support for collaboration and telecom platforms including voice systems, voicemail, IVR, video conferencing, and web conferencing tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve telecom incidents and service requests across voice and collaboration systems.
  • Assist with design, deployment, and upgrades of telecom infrastructure and collaboration technologies.

Requirements for the Senior Voice Engineer:

  • Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) experience is required. Candidates without recent hands-on CUCM experience will not be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, programming, and maintaining telecom equipment.
  • Experience supporting voice systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies.
