Pay Rate: $130,000 per year

TradeSTAR is seeking an experienced Voice & Data Project Manager for commercial structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects in the San Antonio area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with strong technical knowledge and project management experience to oversee large-scale voice and data installations from start to finish.

Job Duties
Manage commercial voice and data projects from kickoff to completion
Oversee installation teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines and budgets
Review blueprints, specifications, and project scope to ensure proper execution
Conduct site walks, progress meetings, and quality control inspections
Communicate with customers, general contractors, and internal teams
Track project milestones, materials, and manpower requirements
Ensure installations meet EIA/TIA standards and customer expectations
Handle change orders, documentation, and project closeout
Requirements
5+ years of experience in structured cabling or low-voltage systems
2+ years of project management or leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial voice and data systems, fiber, and structured cabling infrastructure
Ability to read blueprints, riser diagrams, and project documentation
Experience managing crews, timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
