Inside the Role
The Medium-Duty & Vocational Product Marketing Team's mission is to drive market growth and strengthen our competitive position by equipping dealers and sales with the tools, insights, and product information needed to successfully sell trucks - translating product innovations into clear, compelling messaging and targeted programs that showcase the value of the Freightliner and Western Star portfolio. Through aligned product management, the team focuses on near-term priorities that accelerate demand, enhance margins, and deliver measurable business impact.
The Vocational Product Marketing Senior Analyst will support the Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Strategists in developing communications and compelling product-related content to ensure DTNA's dealer network has the information and content they need to effectively sell Freightliner and Western Star vocational products.

Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you Drive at DTNA:
Support development of vocational product marketing content for dealers and internal stakeholders, including features and benefit messaging and collateral, including but not limited to sell sheets, product/webinar slides, training module content and more
Support development of product presentations and present, including product walkarounds, to key stakeholders as needed
Project management support for industry trade show planning and execution, as needed
Support procurement/creation of product visuals/drawings/animations as needed, engaging with engineering, brand management, IT Digital experience team, marketing agencies as needed
Drive marketability of new product options via SpecPro/data book through review and development of clear, compelling data code descriptions
Develop and execute strategy, in collaboration with SpecPro team, to ensure appropriate content populates "Product Info" sections for various vocational model options in SpecPro, including, but not limited to:
Product technical details
Images - photos and engineering drawings
Compatibility information, matrices
Links to Technical Resource Guide content
Support execution of digital tool strategy - support management of content throughout various channels, including brand web sites and dealer-facing tools and apps
Support oversight of proper product messaging and segment positioning in social media channels
Collaborate with segment strategy and platform strategy teams as needed to understand market customer and competitor insights as well as new product update status
Support marketing truck strategy development, playing a strategic role in spec development in collaboration with the Product Marketing Strategists, Segment Strategy team, Brand Marketing team and DTNA Vocational Sales team to ensure inclusion of strategic options and proper integration with TEM body equipment
Represent DTNA at trade shows and other industry events
Act as point of contact for internal (sales, etc.) and external stakeholders (dealers, customers, TEMs) for current, released product information
