Position Summary
Immediate part-time Vocal Director needed for MCCC Theaters production of Little Shop of Horrors for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Assignment includes weekly class rehearsals and performances as scheduled.
Requirements
Successful candidates must possess:
- A strong background in music theory, choral conducting, and vocal pedagogy
- Proficiency in piano
- Successful record in vocal coaching
- Experience conducting chorus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong track record of working with K-12 or college theater
- Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in music and/or vocal performance.
