Summary of Volunteer Positions: Administrative Support - No IRS certification required.
- Assist with follow-up appointment calls.

- Support and assist tax preparers with client documents.
Intake Specialist - Collect and verify all necessary documents and scan them for the preparer.
Tax Preparer - Prepare and electronically file tax returns for clients.
Quality Reviewer - Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
