Summary of Volunteer Positions:
Administrative Support
- No IRS certification required.
- Assist with follow-up appointment calls.
- Assist with data entry, packet assembly, and other support as needed.
- Greeter
- Greet clients and help complete intake forms.
- Support and assist tax preparers with client documents.
Intake Specialist
- Collect and verify all necessary documents and scan them for the preparer.
Tax Preparer
- Prepare and electronically file tax returns for clients.
Quality Reviewer
- Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
