Are you detail-oriented and take pride in producing quality work? We're looking for a Visual Inspector / Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Perform visual inspections of plastic components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify they meet specifications.
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to perform basic dimensional checks.
• Document inspection results and complete quality reports.
• Identify and separate non-conforming products.
• Assist with rework and support quality improvement efforts.
• Train and work in multiple areas, including the wash line.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous visual inspection experience is required.
• Plastic inspection experience is a big plus!
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow inspection criteria.
• Experience using calipers and other basic measuring tools.
• Basic math skills.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Able to multitask and adapt to different work areas.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
