Job Description

This recruitment is open to Alaska Residents only. Applicants must meet

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Produce videos, photographs, presentations, graphics of DPS activities

  • Produce multi-cam livestreams of DPS events

  • Produce public and internal audio podcasts

  • Write public releases about DPS activities

  • Respond to information requests from news media and public

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with competencies in

  • Multimedia Technologies: Knowledge of the principles, methods, tools, and techniques to develop or apply technology using text, audio, graphics, or other media.

Any combination of preparatory post-secondary education and/or professional level experience in journalism, art, public relations, English, audio-visual arts, marketing, ad agency work, photography, or information work with emphasis on writing and motion picture-still photography, or a closely related field/industry.
