POSITION OVERVIEW
The Visual Designer will develop compelling, brand-aligned creative that supports U.S. commercial marketing. The role will work predominantly on the Matrix Fitness brand, with the opportunity to support other Johnson Health Tech brands as business needs evolve. This position is responsible for concept development, design, and production across digital and print channels, including integrated campaigns, email, landing pages, microsites, paid and organic social media, sales and marketing collateral, presentations, product launches, events, trade shows, and facility support materials.
Working closely with U.S. marketing project owners, the Visual Designer will manage assigned work from concept through final production, communicate timelines and capacity, and ensure creative assets adhere to established brand and file-management standards. U.S. Marketing will assign and prioritize projects, while collaboration with global marketing creative team members will support brand consistency, shared best practices, and the appropriate adaptation of global assets for the U.S. market.

Designers must have an accurate vision and have the ability to discriminate subtle visual information. This position will require working on-site. The employee will primarily work in a typical professional office environment using a phone and computer for extended periods. Occasional visits to warehouses, showrooms, events, or other businesses may be required.
