A Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist Will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for both current and prospective clients in our FASTSIGNS center
Own the end-to-end order process—from customer consultation to order completion—ensuring seamless communication and timely execution
Participate actively in team meetings, and marketing initiatives to drive the center’s growth
Communicate with customers via email, phone, in-person, and at their business locations, fostering long-term relationships built on trust
Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported from start to finish
Minimum Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist:
2-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
High school diploma
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
Great listening and organization skills
Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
