We're looking for dependable, detail-focused individuals who enjoy helping people, researching options, and keeping important information organized.
As a Virtual Travel Assistant, you'll support clients with reservations, scheduling, trip details, and general coordination. You'll help keep plans moving by organizing information, providing updates, and assisting with details related to accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate clearly with clients.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support may be helpful, but it is not required.
Client Support
Help clients stay informed and supported throughout the planning process.
Reservation Coordination
Assist with confirmations, updates, and changes.
Research & Planning
Compare options and organize information based on client needs.
Itinerary Support
Help keep dates, activities, transportation, and other trip components aligned.
Remote Workflows
Use online tools to manage communication, records, and client details independently.
Applicants must be located in an eligible region, including:
United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or select LATAM regions.
Selected applicants will be invited to a live interview where we'll review the company, role responsibilities, compensation structure, training, available resources, and next steps.
Candidates will also have time to ask questions about the position during the interview.
