Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Leisure Travel Specialist. In this role, you will help clients turn vacation ideas into organized travel plans by researching options, coordinating arrangements, and providing reliable support throughout the booking process.
You may assist with a variety of leisure experiences, including resort stays, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, international trips, tours, activities, and other customized vacations.
This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, researching destinations, staying organized, and managing details independently. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
Responsibilities
- Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, budget, dates, and specific needs
- Research and compare destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
- Provide clients with clear information about available options and services
- Help coordinate selected arrangements through approved reservation and supplier systems
- Organize confirmations, schedules, payment information, and other important trip details
- Review traveler information and reservations carefully for accuracy
- Keep clients updated on deadlines, requirements, and upcoming travel details
- Respond to general questions and assist with standard booking changes when necessary
- Follow up with clients regarding pending selections or required information
- Maintain accurate client files and reservation records
- Continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, promotions, and vacation products through ongoing education
