We are hiring a Virtual Lead Specialist to handle inbound leads and assist in moving prospects through our sales pipeline. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and professional first impression with potential clients.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-Contact inbound leads via phone, text, and email
-Confirm and collect customer information for insurance quotes
-Accurately input information into quote forms/systems
-Perform warm transfers to licensed agents for quote presentation
-Monitor and respond to incoming emails from leads
-Keep conversations engaging to gather complete and accurate information
-Follow scripts and workflows provided by the agency
Requirements
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers
-Ability to keep conversations on track and obtain required details
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
-Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is preferred
