Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
- Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
- Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Track individual performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
- Participate in ongoing training, role-playing sessions, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
- Receive mentorship and support while developing within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently managing a flexible schedule.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Prior experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
