Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Track individual performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
• Participate in ongoing training, role-playing exercises, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
• Receive mentorship and support while developing within the organization, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with a consultative approach to sales.
• Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Pennsylvania Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
